They pretty much are sold out though! lol
I hear tickets are on ebay for £300+ though
Being completely honest...last time I went to see them, they were shit.
And I am a HUGE U2 fan sad
Me too, but I wouldn't want to see them now, the best stuff is old and they're probably bored of playing that now!
The worst part for me was near the end of the night, everyone was bouncing, it'd been a great night and then they spent over 20 minutes lecturing us on politics before going into their final song.
It just didn't do it for me.
lol
Lovely, pay £90 for a political lecture......I could stay at home and watch question time for a lot less! I want to see bands from a comfy seat these days, I gave up standing/moshing some time ago.
And for £90, I'd want a sofa! wink
And a pint for less than !! biggrin

Most dates are sold out but there are still a few tickets left here...

I got 4 last night.
It's funny, I saw then on the last tour and the only political bit I can really remember is the NRA/Charlton Heston/anti-gunlaw video they played before 'Bullet The Blue Sky'...and most people didn't seem to get the point anyway !
I've seen them about six times over the last 22 years and the only time I was disappointed was Milton keynes Bowl in 1985 (and The Ramones more than made up for that smile)

Well oddly enough I don't have a problem with touts, as it gives some people the oportunity to get the tickets who otherwise couldn't.
The majority of people have the time to call for the tickets until successful, but have to save for the tickets, these people are time rich, cash poor. (such as students)
There are, however, others who are cash rich, time poor. these people are the likes of CEOs and executives who work 12 or more hours a day, constantly on call and working from home too. these people are all too happy to pay someone to get the tickets for them, and this is where the touts come in.
no offense to anyone, just stating the fact that there are people who might not be able to take the time out while the tickets are on sale biggrin
Im going, im going, with me bestest m8! :bounce: drinkies

I don't have a problem with touts per se, it the piss taking that annoys me. The prices these things are going for are ridiculous. If you're that cash rich/time poor that you'll pay upwards of 600% of the marked price, then more fool you ! (That's a rhetorical 'you' BTW smile)
Saying that, there's not a lot you can do about the way the tickets are allocated.
well yes, it is a bit silly, but still there are people who pay! and for the record, I have neither time nor cash sad

I had the time (the joys of working flexitime !) but I think all the ticket agencies servers melted at 9am on Friday morning
Fortunately through another Forum I frequent (far more staid than this one though !) I found the agency above that still, bizarrely, have a few tickets left for Cardiff.
So who knows what parking's like at the Millenium Stadium ? Mind you, it can't be worse than the old Wembley Stadium, surely...
I know the Ticketmaster website crashed! confused
Ticketmaster pissed me of, I wanted to buy my tickets for the up coming england games took me 3 hrs to get hold of a fone line - when i wanted to get them on the internet.
What a crap site it is.
Mike
