nicknames

I just had a pm (which I won't be answering) from a delightful chappie byt the name of suckmyknobend...just made me think about nicknames in general and how did people decide on their names? Mine's cos i'm a bird (as in a girly) and i have freckles, surprisingly enough lol

I have to add, my hubby is neither a bird nor freckly confused

Well he put a lot of thought into his name perhaps he thought it would impress all the ladies??
When we signed up couldn't think of anything exicting so just used my name and year of birth...yeah i know very boring!!
