If you have an issue with levels of support then please let us know. If it's a forum or general issue with the AUP then contact a Mod. If we're online and in the forum you'll see our names in green at the bottom of the forum list. If it's a chatroom issue then contact the Chat Ops - there is a list of who they are in the Chatroom forum and they are identified in chat with a star next to their names.
Admin and the site owners are also contactable. They are frequently online, particularly during 'regular' work hours but lots of time out of hours too.
We all do our best. We want people to enjoy their time on the site but we are only human - if we aren't told what we're doing wrong then we won't be able to improve.

As never had a problem, with admin, they have always answered with what i expect. Except, they wont move to OZ... pppffttt rude buggers.
