Sooo many profiles so few pictures ?
Is it a good thing or bad to have piccy's on the profile - does it mean you get less of a response if they know what you look like already.... LOL Its more abount the person on the inside you know !
Whats the general opinion on this ?
PS this is a great site I have done no work at all this afternoon, never really used it much before rolleyes

Pics on profiles are a new feature of the site, and the forum crowd seem to view them with some suspicion, possibly because we tend to arrange meets through Munches and socials rather than adverts.
Before the changes made in December, photos were mostly limited to 3 in an advert, and a good rule of thumb was 'no cock shots unless asked for', especially when advertising for women or couples... but you are in an unusual position of being a) bi and b) rather photogenic wink

- so I think your profile is about right. You might consider a fully-clothed shot or two showing your face, if you feel safe about doing that.

it depends entirely on the individual
i personally choose not to post a pic to ensure my when meeting anyone i also never request a pic as the not knowing adds a certain risque fun element.
however most adds insist on you sending a pic which is their right
all it means is those that prefer anonimity get less responses. anyone can post a pic that isnt them, but why lie,you wont get any further and risk being 'outed' on the site

hi all
well i am going to open another can of worms here.
I should suggest a good 60% of photos are fake ,surely a face to face chat in a non commital meeting is far better so whats the use of posting them.
This way you get to know the person/ s far better and see if there is the excitement/desire to proceed to the more sensaul matters,

Fabio - Yes mate I did read it and a number of your other post, must say you do give sound advice, but my comments were due to the West Mids Munch Post that stated you had to be a regular on the scene etc.. just trying to make a splash in a very very big pond !
Take your point on the pics bein fake, the last person that PM'd me sent two diff face pics !?!

its always the ones without a photo in their profile that ask for a cock pic. i even had one who had no picture up tell me im too fat. theres some real fucking pleb s in the photo ads section for sure.

that is fine mate... i understand that new people to the site want to get invloved in all aspects of the site, but this is one of the occasions i would say slow down, half the reason that people say "regualrs at munches is because at that stage you have a better understanding of the site, and i am sure you will have made lots of friends by then"
once things have settled now from all the upheaval i think people may look at doing mini socials and possibly munches again........

i think a decent social conversation face to face prior to any interactionis best... most of my adventures happen after meeting socially either at a party or a club .. thank goodness that looks do'nt always come into it.. i would be the worlds oldest virgin,,, hope stephs post of possibility of more local munches come to fruition happy new year all cheers mike

Well, my pics certainly aren't fake, as a couple of guys on here could attest.
As for a face to face meet before even having an idea of what the other person looks like............nope, wouldn't ever do that again. The guy was totally opposite to what I was looking for, a total waste of my time and his. Pics can at least prevent you travelling a long way for nothing.

Exactly.....wouldn't want them coming on here afterwards complaining that you were timewasters for meeting up with them and not wanting to play because you never got to see a photo first.

Well we for one think that it is important to have profile pics.
Whenever we get a contact, we check their profile and pics. If we are happy with that, we then establish that the couple are genuine via webcam chat.
We don't chat on cam unless we are both there and we expect the same of couples that we chat to. It is our simple way of ensuring that the other cpl is genuine.
Anybody can post fake profile pics, but they cannot chat on webcam as a couple without being genuine!
