Just got me TV guide,goes to look up what time the Grand Prix is on tomorrow,
expecting it to be on after the footy (Canada I think are 5 hours behind us)
Shock,Horror,only the bloody highlights are on about midnight
Can anyone shed any light on this f---ing injustice
Goes off to get pissed, muttering about not paying TV license,shooting someone at ITV,
ect,ect,ect

I think ITV gets given a sore bottom by Bernie if they don't show the race live. I'm sure when they first got the rights they were required to show qually live too, but they never did for rounds like Canada, because the time difference mean it would've cut right across Saturday evening prime-time. Their get-out these days could be showing it on one of their digital channels, but I don't recall if they existed when they first got the rights...
.. anyway, I remember being in a huff about not getting live qually, and thus having to avoid the news on every other channel so I didn't get to hear who was on pole proir to the delayed broadcast. Sad man that I am... :)

The moto Grand Pix is at donington park next weekend, i'll be there - better than watching four wheels go round like carts on rails on telly.
