north-west fetish nights?

hiya - not been around much lately, but could do with some recommendations from y'all, if thats ok...
me & snow_white went to a fetish night in preston the other week, and although it was a good laugh, it all seemed a bit tame - pretty much a goth night with (desperately underused) fetish equipment in one corner. obviously i understand these things are what you make of them, but we'd like to know if there are any decent, more hardcore nights on in the northwest? or are fetish nights all pretty much like this, and you need to go to private parties for the good stuff?
any ideas?

Oh you mean Consent - or the Curious Club or whatever it's called now. I've been twice and I thought it was shite. Satin goes every month though.
Have you tried Club Lash in Manchester? Apparently that's harder, but I've never been. Or the events organised by Manchester Fetish?

Try Lash or Nemesis, alternatively get up to the North East, there's a new venue opened that hosts a good monthly fetish/bdsm night and the furniture there definately does get used!

yup, that's the one... more of a wedding disco vibe than hardcore fetish, though we did have some spanking fun, and snow_white got to walk up and down on a very tall man.
can't imagine it holding our attention too long though, but we will be going next week, just in case...
club lash sounds like it may be our best bet, cheers. smile

It's not really our scene but club selecta has a couple of dungeons and is mainly fetish on a Friday night. We've been there a couple of times and it is a friendly enough place. It might be worth looking at their web site. It's linked from the clubs and parties page.

We've no other experience to go on but the dungeons seemed very well equiped to an untrained eye. lol

We went on New Years Eve and although it seemed mostly a party night there were a lot there in fetish wear.

yep, still there... big dave is really sweet, though he does seem to have a sinister pervert following him round most of the night (presumably to mate you had words with).
tbh i think it'll be pretty difficult for it to escape from the atmosphere that comes with the venue - not dungeony enough - but i was talking to the people who took over organisation, & they are trying to make it more interesting - screens to divide the room up, better music etc.
off to london next week anyway, so we might see what'd going on there... :twisted:

try this is a very good night out! We went a couple of months back and unfortunately have not been able to attend the last two events but will be there for the Naughty Nurses event on 30thApril! They had their last party over the weekend!
