Dek is totally 99% not interested in the forums 
he has been known to dabble on the rarest of occasions

J has only posted a couple of times and though she professes not to like the place she does look up my posts when I'm not about. I know i've caught her 
She is also frightened toi death of putting something down just to get abused if its not quite PC and word perfect. That's a fair shout. J does however like the odd stint in chat
