hi all,
me and choozy are off up to glasgow tomorrow and are staying in the centre for fri and sat night.
i konw i am opening this to all sorts of, daft, strainge and lude suggestions but!
can anyone suggest what to do or what to look out for or even somewhere to go as we have not been before.

Get a cab to Easterhouse. Its got a great night life with cafes and bars and a couple of great nightclubs.
Doesn't really get busy till after 10.

Seriously, there are loads of great bars and eating places in town. Stick to the city centre and you'll be spoilt for choice. My own favs are The Lab, Soba or The Room. There are also the usua suspects of l All Bar One, Yates, Edwards etc.
You should also take a wander up Sauchiehall Street too. Every second place is a bar at the top end. Then there is the west end too...
I would avoid the chip shops/ kebab houses around closing time but that's the same in any town/ city.
