Hey ho...
Went to the opticians yesterday... and I'm now officially middle aged as I have been prescribed reading glasses... and boy do they make a big difference. No headaches from being sat at the PC for hours on end! Yippeeeeeeeeeee!
So... 44 and reading glasses... it is down hill from now on... ok then... downhill faster from now on!
This is a 'look at me post', direct from my PC to yours. smile

44 and very attractive, judging by your avatar..... Nothing wrong with middle aged at all if you look that good..... I have been told I look young for 34, but have a funny feeling I'll hit 40 and look clapped out!

This troubles me somewhat: If I was officially middle-aged, and according to your hypothesis I was, at the age of ten, what does that make me now? Over the hill I can handle, but after going down it three times longer than I went up it, I would expect to be about a hundred and sixty years old!
I can only hope that my downslope is not as steep as my up.

Thank you for the warning. I shall ignore it.
The post I mean, not the warning.
Or something. dunno

Cool! Two in one week!! Vix became officially middle-aged on Monday, courtest of an American radio station.

So are we the

NEW AGE WOMEN
women then - quite like the thought of that wink
Officially middle aged, I suppose, but certainly don't feel like it or act it. I can't get used to the idea at all. I've noticed I need reading glasses but I'm putting off getting them as that seems to be a concession to the inevitable and I don't want to accept that. I will get reading glasses when it gets too bad though, but not for a while, I hope.
I really hate the term middle-aged as it has all sorts of connotations of pipe and slippers and snoozing under a newspaper on a Sunday afternoon. It's just not me!
LC
Snap. I just got my first pair of reading glasses last week at the ripe old age of 46. I keep forgetting to put them on. So maybe I'm getting forgetful and senile already. cool
Don't worry, M didn't start swinging till she was 45 and she's never enjoyed herself so much! So it ain't downhill at all!

You dont look a day over 21 darling.
Just make sure you wear a good quality support bra and dont get on top unless hes wearing a blindfold.....(unless your name is misleading me and you have a 32AA chest and gravity is not the reason for your playful, smile-inducing name...)
Luv Bunny (not middle-aged yet nor middle of the road not even middle England but you have my vote for sexiest gran LOL LOL LOL) xxx
