Lol ... not read that, but I don't get put off my food easily ... hence the need to battle with a too healthy apetite redface

How about a nice peanut butter and salad sandwich lol

You can get peanutbutter with yeast extract. Saves the risk of contaminating both the marmite and peanut butter confused
