Just wondered if folk on here update their pics, as and when they should be updated? Have seen quite a few dated pics on here with ripped 6 pack bods, yet the face pics don't seem to match the body!
This is going to get found out during potential meets after all.

While yes there are loads of profiles that have not uploaded new pictures since they joined ten years ago, the body/face mismatch is something of a different issue. When I first joined I was so surprised at how many older folk looked, it's just that some people have good bodies and skin on the body doesn't age as badly/fast as skin on the face does.
Specifically for washboard abs - these take quite some work to maintain so I find a lot of guys have some up to point at "this is my abs at my best". As the witticism goes, they still have the 6-pack, it's just covered in a protective layer of fat!
When I first joined I couldn't understand why people would stick to decade-old pictures. I think in many cases is not wanting the bother to update. I am leaning that way myself now, esp. as I am not actively looking (though it still felt like false advertising to show extra long hair after I got it cut). The extremest case I know - there's a particular profile (couple's) where I know the guy has divorced, sees others, yet still has the picture of the same old picture of a woman on!
It's important IMO (In My Opinion - down with the abbreviations) to have up to date pictures, or at least pictures that reflect the real 'you' at the current time. Admittedly though, I have an arse pic thats about 10yrs old but that's more down to laziness.. And the fact that I just haven't posed for an arse pic in a LONG while. But all others are a true reflection. Mind you, you could say it was more 'vintage'.

Think the newest pic I have is less than a year old, but I'm another one with a pic of my ass that's a few years old. Can't see the point of changing it as there seems to be no significant change, I weigh pretty much what I did when I joined and I'm fairly sure I don't look 10 years older? If anything, I'm probably fitter and more muscular now as the current job is much more physical than my old one.
If you need any help updating your though, I've just bought a rather expensive new lens for my camera that makes you look fabulous :rascal:
