I have my opinions on both, but have no intention of sharing them, whether they are right or wrong.
However certain things have been said which involve me and once they are out in the open I feel I have a right to reply to them.
A few points I would like to make (especially to all of the finger pointers)…
Libra was not the first person to announce the venue details on msn. It was in fact another banned member. The organiser is well aware of this FACT. As far as I am aware, Libra got the munch information from the second banned member. This second banned member was indeed a close friend of the munch organiser’s close friend. As I understand it, this friendship broke down when it was apparent that the said second banned member was now in possession of the munch details and the poor guy in the middle was getting a load of ear-ache about it.
And may I also emphasise….
The venue information was being publicised on msn over a week before I was sent the original details!
So, if you want to go and hound the munch venue information ‘grass’…. Go and look somewhere else!

I put that so that no-one has to feel they have to hold back on their comments for fear of upsetting the Moderators, thereby not taking advantage of my position. I have no reason to hide behind it.
First issue I will deal with will be the time line. The posts that Postie was kicking off about were dated 4th September, less than 4 weeks ago. During the course of that week, this was discussed at length amongst the moderators. To the point that on the 9th September, I asked the Moderator who Postie informed of the names, to ask Postie for the evidence to back up his post. I never received a reply and so I PM’d Postie directly for the information on 15th September. He replied the same day to say he didn’t have time to check for links and stuff. “Will try to later if I can find He also gave me the link to Wishy’s thread. On the 17th, he twice told me personally he would find the posts for me. I never heard from him again until I PM’d him on Sunday 25th to see if he had found the relevant posts as I didn’t want it dragging on. Each time I have given him time to find the information and he was not rushed to do so. The reply on the 25th told me he wasn’t going to supply the information requested. Unlike some, I consider what I post and give thought to it. The length of time this took to come to this position was because I was allowing others the time to do likewise.
However, it seems that a lot has been linked to this discussion which is absolutely nothing to do with it, so hopefully this little story may clarify what it was, and still is, all about.
Wishy is driving along in his car (Makes his Chameleons thread).
He is overtaken by 2 ladies. (Pololadies’ post)
Postie sees this overtaking manoeuvre(posting) and isn’t happy. Wishy doesn’t seem too bothered by it but does ask advice (to a mod, but the answer was actually from me, Wishy) and responds accordingly.
Postie decides that he would find a large group of people (The Steam Room) and tell everyone that he knows some people who have murdered many people (his original rant about them).
Everyone is shocked that this could occur and many shake their head in disbelief and all start wondering who could have done this (including the two accused!).
Then someone (me) asks that if these murders (posts) had taken place, where were the bodies (evidence of such posts) ?
Eventually, after some cajoling, Postie says actually they just overtook Wishy (posted on his thread) and he(Postie) wasn’t happy about it. However, the bodies (Nasty posts) are out there but he can’t be bothered looking for them.
So what you’re saying is, that you don’t like someone’s overtaking (posts in Wishys thread), so you accuse them of mass murder (multiple nasty posts)?Doesn’t quite work, does it? However, if he had said initially that he wasn’t happy about the overtaking (posts in Wishys thread) and that was all, then no-one would have been bothered about the lack of bodies (nasty posts).

I’m not on a witch hunt for Postie. He’s entitled to his opinion like everyone else. But I’m also entitled, as a Moderator or a member as you are as well, to ask for verification on something you believe needs clarifying. It was done by PM. I was lead to believe the answer would be forthcoming, which didn’t happen. Yes, I forced it into the public glare, because the original post, was made in public. If I hadn’t, would other people look at it and think it’s ok to post something so venomous without having to justify it? (I know the original was deleted, but I’m talking about ANY posts of that ilk). If Postie comes back with the posts that match what he said are out there, I am more than happy to hold my hands up and say ‘Postie, you’re right and I’m wrong and I apologise'. I’ve only ever asked for the evidence, that’s all.
What sort of principles do you want on this Site? Do you want someone to stand up and be counted, to find out the truth or do you want someone who allows these types of posts to be left unquestioned? To not want to ‘rock the boat’, to feel under pressure not to ask the question?
If you make such posts, stand up and be counted and defend yourself with hard facts.

Yes you can be both, but as a mod you have privileged info by being in the mods lounge. You cannot forget all that when you post as a member, and members will always see the word 'Moderator' first...

And when Mal was badgering me via pm to tell him or else he'd make a pointed thread about it, he didn't tell me he was acting JUST as a member. Or that he'd be posting as a member... He was acting as a MOD. Nnor did i want to get involved in what is obviously someone else's war. I told him to shove his request because it wasn't appropriate, after i had thought about it.. and after another person, told me it was ok to tell him to "piss off" ... I am not naming names Mal... but someone who's decisions I actually respect.
Now if I can please go back to being left alone, it would be very nice... you obviously have some agenda I am not privy to Mal... but i want no part of it. You will no doubt get a few negative replies to this, so I will sneak in with a quick why first 
The forum, chatroom, and photo adds are all SH. However a lot of people only frequent 1 area... That said 99% of photo add people most likely never used the forums. So this is not the best place to vent frustration with them :)
The way most forum members arrange meets follows socially meeting people at a munch. Then they know they are genuine, and meets follow on from there. Unfortunatly with photo adds you have to take a bigger chance, they are still worth battling with though. I know of some very happy users out there, check the joined date to get an idea of who has been round a while.

I have not met postie but since he has been on this site he has contributed many amusing threads,perhaps he thought with his heart instead of his head when he made his not everyone agrees with what he says all the time but hey i've also been there as i am trying to say is people like postie are what we need on here,he is enthusiastic and passionate about this site.

Ok, I was hoping to stay off this subject since my last post on it but it's been resurrected again so now I'm going to tell it how it is. It seems my Chams thread started this whole thing anyway and there are a lot of things that need bringing out into the open and dealt with.

Quick History:
Sunbunny and I parted on not so amicable terms a week after the glastonbury concert
I post the Chams thread many weeks later arranging a meet. The post was started because a young couple asked me to take them to Chams and I opened it up into a much larger event.
PoloLady posts on the Chams thread asking for herself, SunBunny and one other (we now know to be Libra) to be included on the lst
I decline PoloLady her request to be added to the list as I believe that the post asking to be added was made purely to disrupt the event. (This suspicion has since been borne out on THISthread by both SunBunny AND PoloLady stating they have no intention of going to Chams on the 22nd October). I also made it clear to PoloLady that if she wanted to attend Chams on 22/10 then she was free to do so as part of HER OWN CONTINGENT and I explained my reasons in PM to her as to why I refused to include them on the thread.
Ok....... so now we have the situation whereby Postie posts on the Chams thread stating his feelings and thoughts as to why PoloLady posted - which he has every right to do. How this got to include Mal or anyone else for that matter is unkown to me but the fact that this thread has opened a can of worms involving PoloLady, SunBunny, myself and Postie means that a key issue needs to be resolved if we are to put this behind us and move on - and that is, in my opinion, should a member be permitted to deliberately disrupt a meet purely because of a personal spat between her and the meet organiser? This is malicious and it's using the forum and PM system to conduct a personal vendetta. It's unwholesome and leaves a particularly nasty taste in one's mouth.
PoloLady knew full well of the antagonism and bad blood that exists between SunBunny and myself so why SunBunny would want to be included in a meet that I am organising is beyond my understanding - we simply don't get on - unless it was purely to disrupt the meet, and many people have picked up on this. PoloLady et al could have attended the club on the night in question without telling anyone of their intentions and none of this would have happened - so why post on my thread knowing that SB and I dont get on?
I think the writing is plain to see here, there was collusion between PoloLady and SB to form a post whereby the sole intention was to create a feeling of disharmony on that thread causing people to ask for their names to be removed from the event. That's unsubstantiated of course as it's impossible to prove a thought-stream as fact, but it is MY belief and I stand by it.
Now, what remains to be seen is whether it is deemd as acceptable to allow several members to 'gang up' to intimidate, terrorise or otherwise post malicious content on this forum aimed specifically at other members without recrimination? ... and now having read through Postie's last post it is clear that a continued and targetted campaign has been waged by these three members which HAS been subjective when looked at as a whole. My PM box contains messages from people that I have not spoken to before detailing their experiences at the hands of these three.
It's happened before and unless it's stamped out it will happen again. I clearly remember a thread on which both kinkyluton and myself posted whereby SB turned it into a mud slinging match. We were all warned at the time that if it happened again action would be taken, but action hasn't been taken. Naturally, I face action taken against me by reminding the moderatores of that but I am at the stage now whereby I WILL defend myself publicly regardless of the consequences if someone takes it upon themselves to continually take pot shots at everything I post simply because she feels hard done by. I will say it like it is in future as I have held back many times in the past. Not anymore!

You see, Postie, that didn't hurt, did it? If you had done this at the beginning, things would have got to this stage.
Now, as I said I would, if you came up with the posts I would apologise. So, because of that, I will. I apologise. However, and this is not to open up the debate again, I don't agree with all the posts you highlighted here, only a couple of them. Many of them are open to interpretation and people can read into them whatever they like, so not everyone would see it as a clear case of 'black or white.' If you look for humour, you will find it, if you look for anger, you will find it also.
