This sent out a clear message to the kind of scumbag who nicked your bike that it's ok to run wild as nothing will happen to deter also stuck 2 fingers up to every one else,and i can well sympathise with your frustration at the increasing lawlessness that is widespread in the UK today.I have no doubt that many a copper feels frustrated at the way they get off with it in the courts.

I have just heard that one of the people that made a complaint against another member of this site of physical assult is now being made to feel gulity and is finding all of a sudden that they are persona non gratis....
HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!! When someone is physically assulted they should not be made to feel guilty for reporting it!!.... I dont give a flying fuck if you like the person that gets banned as a result... If they physically assult someone then they are not welcome here full stop!!
If we the Mods/OP's hear of anymore of this sort of behaviour then the people responsible will be banned.....

Why is it that conditioner comes in bottles the same size as the shampoo? As it is women have to buy the conditioner that goes with the shampoo and can't mix brands (or can't even us the shampoo from "Herbal Essence: The Pink One" with the conditioner "Herbal Essence: The Yellw One"!
It's iritating how I now have several fractionally used bottles of conditioner in my bathroom as I have used up the accompanying shampoo and throwing it away would be wasteful!

Reverse rant, while I understand and agree with the sentiment, I think there needs to be a clear differential between mods expressing personal opinions, and blowing off steam (Which is perfectly acceptable), and the issuing of official policy statements like 'they will be banned'.
This blurs the line between a personal view, which I fully agree with and policy. Policy I feel should be properly thought out, and should not include swearwords which indicate a spur of the moment type action.
Personal rants, well the AUP is the only limit. I know the mods have a lot on, I personally have no knowledge of any of it, nor am I worried. I am sure we will all surface the other side soon...

Nobody would disagree that it is right that those discussions are not made public by anyone involved.
However, the umm... aggrieved party is not bound by this, and can say what they wish.
The most outrageous claims can be made in the safe knowledge that to refute them would be to make the discussions public, which they know that Mark and the moderators would be loathe to do.
Sometimes, I look at the behaviour of a minority of individuals in here, and I can just see them in the next series of Big Brother.

If it's a personal rant then I wont state anything official.... This was an official rant aimed at small minded people who seem to think they can target someone who made an official complaint against another member (And not the only person to make the same complaint btw) The complaint along with the other complaints ensured that the member was banned.... Now some of this banned members "friends" have made sure that this person is now persona non gratis at parties, they are talking about this person as though she shouldn't have made the complaint of sexual assult (despite the fact that there were other complaints made by other members of this site)
I very rarely swear when I post in the forum but by doing so it may just make people realise how furious I am about this..... This isn't the first time this has happened and I am sick to death of the people who have been the victims being made to feel like they are in the wrong for speaking out!!...
Those that have breached the AUP or have sexually assulted another member of this forum will NOT be tolerated on this site!!
