older womem, younger guys - a happy medium?

Being Fairly young (25) I guess I'm expected to say this but maturity isn't completely related to age and I think the same goes for experience. Obviously the older you get the more likely you are to acquire these but it's wrong to generalise is it not?

Hmma and a side thing, that picture is scary, and to many people quoting it.
Also didn't someone say about younger guys being "crap" bit harsh wordage really I thought. sad
