age shouldnt be a problem its just a number as long as everyone is comfortable and get on well does it matter as long as you all have fun the sense of humour and conversation should tell you if you clik all women are wonderfull wink

Time for a bit of self trumpet-blowing I think.
When I was 22 I met a 53 year old woman through a well-known chatroom. She admitted she was cautious about meeting someone so young but had decided to go through with it because unlike a lot of men who tried it on with her, I showed the merest hint of a degree of intelligence.

Possibly every young man goes through the stage of looking at their friends mums and getting turned on (known affectionately as Hot Maws in Scotland). The stereotypical older women portrayed in dirty postcards and TV shows (Monty Pythons sketch with the milkmen springs to mind) luring young men into their boudoir has been perpetuated since the year dot. I agree with other posters - a young man and an older woman are an ideal combination. Stamina and experience.

how olds to old?
from my experiences i would say both younger and older women have their merits. my last girlfriend was 10 years younger than me and at times it could be difficult. but as long your able to accept that they need to find out how to live and to grow their own way.
my ex had very little experience when i met her. so i had to wait for a while and patient and helpful with my 'student' if you will.
lucky for me i myself had learnt alot from an previous fling years before from girlfriend 6 years older than me.
if not for her i dread to think what i'd be like in bed. she really did open my eyes.
anyway all that waitin (it was hard though) paid of tenfold.
i can quite happily say both of them blew me away. biggrin

I have to agree here too. Age is not important at all. It comes down to physical attraction and how well the people get on... I have had sexual experiences with older and younger women and found both just as pleasurable in different ways...
All too often we like to use the age thing to choose who we do or don't spend time with...
If you are having fun and find you have lots in common then Age is not an issue...

I personally prefer older guys as they have a bit more maturity.
Iam 24 (til next week rolleyes

) and generally find that anyone younger just lacks that maturity i there are exceptions to the rule and I wouldnt rule anyone out just because of their age,there's so much more to someone than that biggrin

From what I hear there are a decent number of young women, in their 20s, who go for the more 'mature' male, and naturally, being a middle-aged stiff myself, I think that this is a very, very good thing, even if, sadly, I've not been approached by any. My current girlfriend's daughter, 23, is a case in point - she's super-fit and very intelligent and could pull any bloke she wanted, but has the hots for older men and is currently going out with a guy some 14 years her senior. Quite why young fit women should fancy blokes a generation older is beyond me, and maybe deserving of another thread, but I do think it's a 'fetish' that should be very strongly encouraged indeed :P

well theres erm........7 years between me and mr bailiff me being 19 and he's 26, weve been together ever since i was 16, when i was 15 i was with a 22yr old............ i dont think age really matters but i couldnt ever see a lad my age as they are far too imature and have no responsabilities compared to me!!!!!!!!, older men are great although annoying at times when "ive been around longer than you" comes out of their mouth!!!!

I think we should have a definition of old and young...
a girl of 19 with a guy of 26 is not much difference...men mentality is 6 to 7 years behind with respect a woman same age.
A combination old and young would be a person early 20's, another early, mid 30's...for example.
Do not forget that is a question of maturity and we guys need to recognise that till you are in your late 20's early 30's, a woman of our age is much more mature
