Something I have wanted to know for some time. It goes without saying that there are considerable more single guys than girls on this site and other.
When you ladies post a new ad, just how many replies do you get?

Just depends.
I think personally it also depends on your geographical location as well as your gender and marital status... am sure there are some single women who get more replies than others.
Ooooh, and I also thinks it helps to make your advert user-friendly. If you say what you are looking for but in a plesant, preferably witty kind of way. Some ads I think are too vague and others I think are a tad in yer face, hostile almost.
It all helps, regardless of whether you are a single female or not.
(I have put a few adverts on here though. I got hundreds of responses to one of them... :shock: )

When I've put and as up for a single guy, I'm usually looking for a regular partner rather than a 'fuck-and-go' type of meet. I can get anything up to a few hundred replies in a week but mostly they're from guys who can't or don't bother to read my ad or profile properly. Obviously if I'm looking for a single guy aged 35-45 and local it really means I'm after a married 23 year old quick shag from Outer Mongolia doesn't it?
That said, there are many who are genuine and sound lovely ( and I've found the right one too :twisted: )
If I put up an ad for a single fem for me alone or to join me and my regular partner, I could go a week without one reply! It's times like that when I realise how frustrating it can be for single guys and you have my sympathy.

I replied to each one by pm, then re-advertised to say that I had found someone, so thanks for all the replies so far and I wasn't needing anyone else to reply, thanks.
And on the next day I got another 50-odd replies (and some of them were odd, too :scared: ) , so I deleted the ad.
