I have now been a member of Swinging Heaven for exactly 1 Year. Yup, today is my 1st Anniversary - and what a year it has been!
I have celebrated my 40th Birthday - an event that was organised for swingers and not my offline non-swinging friends & family. Which surprised me, to be honest, as I had planned a lot of things for my 40th year but those plans didn't originally include swinging and yet the actual celebrations ended up revolving solely around swingers and the swinging scene. So I guess swinging, and Swinging Heaven, has become the mainstay of my life. Could I stop Swinging? - No, I don't think I ever could.
Regarding myself and the way this past year has changed me, well, my confidence levels have increased exponentially since becoming a swinger. I no longer have any fears about approaching people in any given circumstance and I have learned how to flirt outragiously - something I would never do before I joined SH. That is what this lifestyle gives you - the confidence to talk to people without worrying if they fancy you or not.
I have met some great people via this website and made some good long term friendships into the bargain. I have learned about myself, my sexuality and even picked up a trick or two sexually - which has pleased some people I hope ;)

Julie1964 - always a pleasure meeting up with you and chatting in the chat room honey. You've kept me sane these past few weeks, thank you.
Lorraine - from New Year's Day to this we have always got on and I value your friendship immensely.
david48 - what can I say m8 except - ya loveable sweetheart ;) can't wait for the honeymoon in Accrington Stanley.... or was it Cleethorpes??
equi-sparkle - I have thoroughly enjoyed our tete-a-tete's and you have given me loads of good solid advice when I've needed it - and one or two truckers on the M5 might want to say thanks too ... hehehe (private joke).
shell - tks for the advice, support, friendship & comfort.
Mids & Newt - luv ya both loads n loads and I'm glad I match-maked ya.....hehehe, you truly deserve each other - and I mean that in the nicest possible way
sound like Kenny fecking Everett there, do ya want me to do the leg flip thingy too?Mr & Mrs Linnets - maggie and bob are two of the nicest people that I have ever met and if you were to look for a swinging quintessence they would be it for me, next time ur 'passing through' D-unstable can you stay the whole week and not just three fecking days ... hehehe

Relationship wise, I will always be eternally grateful for two very special ladies that have come into my life since joining SH. Blonde & Leedslass.
Blonde - we have had our ups and downs sure, but I will always be your friend whenever you need one, and I think you know that babe. We connected in a way that I have never experienced before and I want to publicly acknowledge that my life is significantly better BECAUSE I met you. I never realised that a long drive on a dark wintery December night would lead to golden sunshine. Friends forever Sam. xxxxxxx
Leedslass - even though we only knew each other for a very short time before you became ill, it was enough time for me to know that in you I have found a person that is as close to a perfect match as I will ever find. Your razor wit, intelligence, your smile and the sound of your laughter strike chords in my heart that will reverberate throughout eternity.
