Online gaming and LAN parties huh?
That's cool, had a great LAN party in July up in Luton. Had a great time playing Unreal Tournament with the players from a I was using at the time.
They're better than I think people realise, we had a BLAST playing . Was a brilliant thing to have done, would definately do it again. I even designed a game level for the event, all had a great time! smile

What game/s did you play Mark?
P.s Got to feel for the guy who had romantic leanings towards 'Falcon' lol

Fraid I come from the many sided dice, endless sheets of paper, vast books of rules and little lead figure days.

Now here's a subject I never thought I would see on this forum.... lol

I used to host some lan parties, as the last house I lived in had a huge kitchen - we could fit about 8 people in the kitchen and another 6 in the living room - and the advent of wireless just made it much easier - no bloody cables for some pissed get to fall over and bring it all down...
Kingpin was one of our favourites too - the mods and add-ons made it a must-play game - once you've shot Homer Simpson, you know you're in love with the game!
Unfortunately, after a few weeks, seeing the electricity bill shoot through the roof kind of persuaded me to bang it on the head - and no-one else would contribute either towards the leccy or their houses, so we tend to play against each other on line now (when I'm not on this site, of course!) - also, it's not really a good place to meet women...
Just thought I would reminisce about another nerdy thing I do....lol...
...now back to the perving... :twisted:

Didn't get past Snakes and Ladders, Ludo or Monopoly.. is that the same thing????
Did get addicted to Ultimate Doom and Quake at one point but not into the Team thing.
