I've read alot about this particular topic. It's quite common for women to not be able to have an orgasm thru penetration. Some can only cum while on top... others only in one specific position -whatever it is.
I have tried and tried (and how much fun it was) but alas, cannot cum myself if it'sjust penentration, but I still love it!! U could try out some toys. that allow for clit stimulation during sex...
Being a bloke, may be missing something here, but I'm wondering why you think it's important to have an orgasm through penetrative sex rather than oral or whatever?

And I don't feel deprived because I can't orgasm through penetration, it's just a little frustrating when I get so close to it and then it doesn't happen.....
I find it easier through penetrative sex than I do through the other ways.

Without getting too personal (!), how aroused are the ladies before penetration, after all in theory it should be easier to orgasm through penetration close to or after the first orgasm. Then again, my wife says I am the only man to find her G-spot during penetration ( 5 lovers before we met, unknown since due to us swinging ) and it can just be psycological - I couldn't orgasm with my wife for the first 2 months of us going out and I got very stressed about it, yet on my own it was no problem.
