Spent the last couple of months doing very little training indeed, put on a little weight, and then drunkenly agreed to "Run London" last Monday.
....Managed - for the winning "South" team, but lordy am I paying for it today! Anyone else stoopid enough to put themselves through it yesterday?
Has inspired me to start running properly again though smile
I recommend you run 15 miles a day.
I'll see you in a little over 3 months biggrin

Running's bad for your joints. All that trauma to your knees, ankles, hips and spine can't be doing any good.
That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :smug: I prefer exercise of the more horizontal nature
