take your leamsip every 4 hrs and the last one of the day while sitting in bed before going to sleep that way when your in bed yourll sweat like a bstard but it will help to clear it out,allso eat a couple of oranges in the day as the vitamin c will boost your antibodies

but this is the problem with 'man flu', you guys seem on the brink of death at all times when you have it so how are we supposed to know when it IS really serious?
2 days off work isn't good though, so l think you definately qualify to be added to the patient list. Have you been anywhere near Dargento?
