a few years ago while riding my motorbike I T-boned a car that pulled out of a side road, ended up under the vehicle...what haunts me to this day is the fact that I actually remember '' seeing'' the scene from a different view point. I vividly remember ''looking'' down at my lower half sticking out from beneath the car, and ''seeing'' my pillion passanger pulling me out as the car tried to drive off over me. THEN I recall being back under the car, the sound of the engine and the impact as the rear wheel hit my helmet as the car sped off...it has never gone away and replays at the wierdest times, usually when Im tired...have you ever had such an experience?
I had an out of body experience just after my first wife died. I was suffering sever emotional trauma and I remeber looking down at my body when I was lying in bed. It was a terrifying experience.
I have not experienced this first hand but it happened to my wife when she was eight and was attacked and almost died. I think it is a survival instinct, removing yourself from severe trauma. Perhaps some people think it has a more spiritual explanation.

Some people know it does.
Mind you, some people know Elvis is still alive. rolleyes
I didnt meant to cause any offence, I hope none was taken. Whatever the meaning of OOBE I am just thankful that she lived and is still here and I am able to share my life with her.

None taken, babes.
On a day like today, we all should be thankful of life.
Mind you, I think we should be thankful every waking minute.
I live in a place where no experience or belief is frowned upon. Except for intolerance.
The police seem to pop by once a year for a few days*, but other than that, they leave us to it.
Blessed Be.
*Next year, there's no festival, so we probably won't see them at all!
