party bus ???

just wondering....has any 1 ever bought a vehicle for the purpose of it being solely used for for partying or transport to and from...
i blame this post on wolvie dude..getting me thinking of my first van...
the story goes as follows...
in my early 20s 4 friends and i wanted to buy a minibus...the reason being we were travelling to different places at weekend and staying overnight...it cost a small fortune in taxis/minibuses and hotels etc and we all thougf of modifying an old bus to travel/sleep in..
i was designated the bus hunter and spent 2 weeks at various auctions around the NW looking for the said vehicle....but..seeing as we only had Â£4oo quid my options were limited to the banger section...
i eventually bought a vehicle which i thought was a great deal....unfortunately my friends didnt see it my way ....i mean...it was made for the purpose...a 1976 lincoln hearse...it even came with curtains and it was 4/5 berth...
just no pleasing some people....
PS i refuse to mention camper vans in this post as i think myself and happy cats have exhauted that topic...
at the end of all that ...my question is...would you have sex in a hearse or would you think it disrespectful???
taking into consideration it was an X hearse and i saved it from the scrap heap :shock:

A whole new meaning of the word recycling...... it would give the ex-hearse a new lease of life..... lol
You'd have to remove the little stays on the floor that hold the coffin steady though... they may stick into your back...... lol

I'm sure some where in the 'search button is your friend' there was a SH tour bus.........
I think Eagarslut was driving it, and it only got as far as the first pub lol

or may be not even out of the drive way of SH Towers............ :lol:
I'm sure some one who understands the 'search button is your friend' thingy, will find it :lol: :lol: :lol:
And if it goes on tour again, can I join in????????? :twisted:

it has a small dance floor

You've got a good memory Sarah, and thanks to you and Mike for the links. wink

Reading through the threads again brought back some memories of an earlier time when I could drop in to SH Towers and recognise most of the visible members in the forum!
Where ARE some of those guys now? dunno
