Pass the parcel.
Wrap one persons torso in several different covered layers of wrapping paper and insert a note under random layers creating a human parcel. The note refers to one of a selection of items to hand usable in a sensual situation. As the person is passed from lap to lap music plays and is stopped randomly whereupon a layer is removed. Should a note be revealed the parcel uses the item referred to on the unwrapper for a few minutes then the music starts again.

at one of my sessions at work for young mums, we wrote different stds on post its and they had them stuck to their foreheads and they had to guess what one they had by asking what symptoms they might have.

DIY cocktails. Each person pulls a name out of a large glass (or hat if you don't have a glass big enough). The named person then chooses a cocktail (making one up if they want) and the first person makes two - one for each of them. You could add a level by having them score the cocktails for flavour etc etc etc.
