I would like to announce......
I have been given some sleeping pills by the doc (just to add to the pile of meds rolleyes

) so, with any luck....
I'll not be here half as much for the next 7 days (well, nights actually).
Also, because of the tabs... am not supposed to drink... so am gonna try and be alcohol free for the week. Starting now. This may need serious assistance, though.
Anyroad, for those of you who are reet pissed off with my constant whittering on, in here... have a drink on me... I'm gonna sleep tonight!! biggrin

remember i am off alcohol as well due to the neck... not too bad so far.... 3 days in and i have only had the shakes once!!!!!! smile

I have tried EVERYTHING to kill this insomnia. Goddamn it. I have sex on tap and it's way too interesting to sleep through. biggrin

Alcohol has been my salvation (my excuse and am sticking to it) BBC7 keeps me amused in the wee small hours. Again, too good to sleep to. Books are good... but my eyes are failing fast thru lack of sleep. rolleyes

If sleeping pills, a good shag and tv don't make you sleep, make a large pot of steaming hot OVALTINE...........That will do the trick !!!
