I love to pass my time people watching  , looking at couple interacting with each other, business men and women at lunch and watching the hierarchy of the group develop outside the work place, well matched / mismatched couples, etc....
Are you a people watcher and if so what do you look for?

This is one of my favourite pastimes! :giggle:
I just sit there and watch, don't look for anything specific but if I can't see anything I like to make up scenarios about them. That may seem a little cruel but it's fun trying to work out who the swingers are rotflmao
i people watch i wonder where they go who they go home to what sort of lives they lead what they get up to ...... ok i sound like a stalker now but watching really interests me
(and i did think the thread was about people watching while u have sex     must be my dirty mind)
Yes I am, terribly so. I'm often scolded by Jay or my pals when I'm out because they can be chatting to me and I'll be scanning the room, and before anyone says anything, yes I'm aware it's rude but I cannot help it.
I love watching people, not because I'm a nosy booga but because people are fascinating aren't they? Mannerisms, fashion, relationships, psychological differences, people are amazing. lol
I do it purely to see who I fancy and play the "Would You" game redface :lol2:

i LOVE people watching & always sit where I can see all the room, hate having my back to everyone in case I miss anything lol  xj
im a "person watcher"........... pretty much for the same reasons given above.....
i think its a bit different tho for men, as this can sometimes lead to some beer soaked Neanderthal sticking his face in yours and ask you " what the fook are you starin at, ya wanker, do you want a smack?" evil
the worst is when im with someone who enjoys both watching and talking about people. but they do it really obviously and loudly............ redface
its then when i suggest playing the game which is even ruder "whispering about people"... wink

Not just blokes hun its happened to me a few times usually resulting in a smack alcohol makes people paranoid so a swift glance can look like your staring to them
I love people watching!!!
Me and a friend go shopping and sit and watch the passing traffic, we don't need to say anything most of the time, just a flick of the eye and a slight face say volumes.
When I'm out on my own I tend to sit at the back of rooms mainly so I don't fall foul of fellow watchers.
I do wonder what people are doing, why they're there - I make up little stories for them. I do the same when I'm driving, sometimes I follow people if I'm really bored lol

:eeek: I just knew it was you!!!!!
I'm a people watcher as well.
If i'm in a pub/club I can normally spot trouble comming, that's my army training and 6 yrs working as a doorman comming out in me.
I always notice shoes as well, there is nothing worse than a man wearing a nice suit with dirty shoes!.

I love to people watch, especially that I know a bit about body language...so I can say "Ooooooh she fancies him!!" lol
I love watching peoples mannerisms and how they interact. Sometimes a couple can appear to be together but their body language says they are a millions miles apart.
Me and Mr M, frequent a cafe in our area as often as 3 times a week, work permitting to relax and take in the view wink and people watch.
We know all the staff and even have our own special seat.......well me and Mr M did meet in a coffee shop all those years ago so its kinda romantic as well as being an excuse to perve.....
You know how its rude to talk about people behind their back whilst in the same room......well, we have developed a code biggrin :D :D Fantastic way of saying "he/she is hot" or "he/she is not" (and a lot of other things which I couldnt possibly own up to) as the case may be, without hurting anyones feelings if they accidentally overheard us.
Also Mr M has no problem with saying hi to complete strangers and engaging them in conversation. So much so that we have actually made 1 or 2 friends (yes of the intimate variety!!!!) this way.
I love people watching, I still wonder at how many people there are and the way we are all different
