I feel so sorry for you Girls I really do, I can't imagine how you must feel with the pain every month but also the PMT, because from my erm experience with PMT/S whatever it's called today, is that it's hard to convey those feelings to a man.

I used to get quite bad PMT and as ive got older my periods became heavier and much more painful. Earlier this year, i started on the DEPO injections and after a few hiccups, i think my body is now fine with it... i find i have to have my next injection about a week to 10 days before its due otherwise i may start to bleed.
I have put on weight tho and yes this does irritate and annoy me but it could be just because im eathing too much
Apart from that tho, nothing out of the ordinary and its lovely to be period free, pain free and no worrying about babies either!!

I have to wait for Mother Nature to do her thing each month as I`m sterilised. 
I can usually tell when I`m due cos approx 1 week before I can feel the emotional rollercoaster start and it`s just horrible. I use Bach flower remedies which help. I use the Rescue Remedy and also the mustard one and beech one.

Anyway, yes, we are synchronised. The first I heard of this phenomenon was when I was talking to a dog breeder who told me that all the Bitches kept together in kennels came into heat at the same time. Its been known about in the doggy (?) world for years- so why should humans be that different?
As to why- not sure if it's known, but it just goes to show that even in our own bodies, theres so much going on we dont know about!

I have suffered really badly for the past 9 years ( roll on the goddam menopause ) I even have to take time off work when it's really bad. I have Ibuprofen 600mg and Tranexemic Acid on prescription which helps a little but I'm still curled up in bed with a hot water bottle at times. Been tested for just about everything gynaecological you can think of with no success, tried the Mirena coil ( which has great reports but it didn't suit me ) tried herbal remedies such as Sage and St John's Wort but no luck. The only option left for me would be the big op and I'm seriously considering it.

its my horniest time of the month to, grrrrrr
i use good old fashioned hot water bottle painkillers and diclofenic, some very comfy charva bottoms for wearing around the house. only have 1 moody day about 3 days before hand when theres murder to be done then it passes and i start getting horny
