I wish our cats would wander off for 36 hours, or more if they liked.
Den.
P.S sorry Maz when you read this, but its true, i really do despise the wee F@@kers!
my dog the same the minute she sees a holdall or suitcase she runs into panic mode and becomes a draught excluder at the back door so we cant excape without her even if its just the child going to his nans for a couple days. last couple of holidays we have had she has come with us bit restricting to say the least (deks choise not mine)if we dont lock her in the kitchen before we go out she escapes and tries to get in the car with us
going to france for 2 weeks in the summer leaving her with deks parents which i know she will hate without her daddy to fuss over her n her space in the middle of our bed
my budgie sulks if i leave him overnight or for the weekend, dunno why i leave him the light on timer, i leave him the radio on
he just doesnt speak for a day or two when i come back
Earthy xx
I remember when we had three cats. My parents went away on holiday for thr first time without myself or my sister. We knew when my parents were due to arrive home as the cats assembled themselves outside the front gate and sat down until my parents arrived. When my parents car turned into our road, all of the cats stood up! How did they know?!
Simple answer to the cat problem - teach them to drive!
My cats have a knack for finding tampons, chewing them up out the packet, and leaving them lying around the house- especially when we're due a visitor.
They seem to also enjoy bringing the tampon in to show the visitor, in the hope that visitor might dangle the chewed tampon in front of them for a fun game of 'catch the snatch mouse'....
