Piccy horrors!

Sorry for being a dumbo... but it seems that when I add a pic to an email I send.. it doesnt reach the recipient....
WHat am I doing wrong... I select a pic from my gallery in the email...
Any help gatefully received..

Try sending one to me and I'll have a look at the pm, I did a couple of tests yesterday and it worked ok.

not sure if its just me but when sending a PM the 'attach pic' button isnt a button and cant be clicked.
i use opera instead of explorer.......sometimes that makes little differences.
or do the pics have to be in my photos for me to attach em?
