Do you mean your avatar, or in the photo ads section?
For the Avatar - make sure it is the right dimensions and file size, then go into your profile and upload from your computer.
For the adverts - register in the adverts section, then do much the same thing.
Do remember though - no cock shots!
Come back and ask again if you need more detailed instructions.

To make your pic the right size for an avatar then you can always download JQL's avatar sizer
