Piercing in the North-East

Would any one in the NorthEast have any experience of places to go for genital piercings for both male and female.
My g/f and I have been discussing such whilst in bed, and we are obviously reticent about calling on our local Skin shop to perform these deeds.
I'm pondering over a straight frenum or PA, and she's looking for two, a "hood" ornament and a nipple.
We are fairly central to mosts areas in the North East and would probably travel to get the best advice and attention. So anyone, preferably with actual/intimate knowledge of any establishments under recommendation would be highly appreciated.
Also any one with advice as to my sitting on the fence vis-a-vis Prince Albert or Frenum piercings, more information or personal experiences from both ladies and gents would be benficial. heck i'll make a poll on it biggrin

Is Nottingham outside your travelling distance?
I haven't had any piercings myself but a place in Nottingham that specialises in just body piercings (not tattoos etc) comes highly recommend. I know a couple that have had PA, hood and nipple piercings done there and they say it's a very professional outfit. If it's within your travelling distance I can find the details for you and let you know.

Why isn't there a "neither" option on your poll? confused

Basically I think both types are gross, and I WILL NOT let a guy with a cock piercing fuck me as it makes me cringe. I sucked a guy with a piercing once in a club and did it for about 2 seconds and the cringe factor took over and I left the room sharpish! sad

I guess each to his/her own and just because I'm not a lover of dick piercing doesn't mean they don't have their benefits - I just don't see it myself. Clit piercings are the same. I don't like going down on a girl with piercings, they just get in the way. Peirce any other part of your body but leave those bits alone :shock: :shock: :shock:

ive got my nipples and hood done and they work very well i had mine done in swinton manchester at skin art he freeze's to as not many of the shops do
and as for sex with a guy with a ring in his bell end try it i did a few weeks back at a club and WOW it was great lol

its your body but make sure you really want to be pierced

try a DIY....
1) Get really rat arsed, well pizzed.
2) Get a friend/mate to have a few too...
3) Make sure they have lots of loose cotton wool for the ears.
4) Buy a large bag of ice from the supermarket.
5) Get a 6" Nail, and a heavy hammer and a piece of 4X4wood....
6) Lay down the inpliment wishing to be pierced..
And.....
OH MY FURKING WORD........
Good luck on ANYONE having this done. I cringe at the sight of the smallest needle at the doctors...and to pay someone to do it to me...NO THANKS

I love tickling a pierced hood with my tongue and the girls I've met that have had their hood pierced think it's the best move they've ever made. I did meet a girl that had gone a bit OTT once though, a pierced hood and three in each labia majora :shock:
Don't fancy letting a guy with a skewer loose on my own JT though, ouch, if it aint broke don't fix it!

I got my nipples done but wouldn't miss them if I ever had to remove them - it's just not a sensitive part of me.
The clit hood piercing is completely different, not least because it helps a guy to aim! I was very "anti" the idea of it for a long time, as steveg says, if it ain't broke... but one day while persuading my partner at the time to have his perineum pierced (I loved the idea of being able to have a small padlock as a restraint device!) I tried bargaining with him. Unfortunately by the end of the discussion and thorough research on the web he'd decided his wasn't worth the risk.. but I was hooked, almost literally!
One word of warning though.. when you get home after having your clit pierced, wash the freezing fluid away before starting to play with it - my man's lips and tongue went numb and he couldn't speak properly for about 20 minutes!!! smile

Incidentally, the clit piercing was a lot less painful than the nipples which took months to heal.

My hubby Paul had a PA 16 months ago. It took a long time for both of us agree to it at the same time, then find a place that came recommended. We live in Birmingham so I guess that is out of your range. It was nerve racking for both of us when he had it done however it was all ok, healed well, no problems. Paul did write a long piece about his experience which I can't find at the moment, :doh: but if you are really interested PM me and I will try harder to find it and can send it to you. Now we both love it. I like the look of it, and in some sexual positions it is an extra stimulant for me, in others I can't feel it. Oral is ok if you don't mind the feel of the metal on your teeth :shock:

One slight dissapointment is that we have had difficulty in finding alternative decorative jewllery for it.

i've not had that problem, but I looked around for pieces before even thinking seriously about it, and found quite a few retailers in the UK that sell them in a varietyof shapes and sizes and colors, even a few different metals types.
