I have decided to get my nipples pierced.
But first I'd like a little advice from you experienced peeps!!!
We have 2 body piercers in the area. Both have good reps. 1 I use for my tattoos, but its a different person who does the piercing.
I spoke to them both over the phone today. I explained I wanted them done on the same day, would this be ok. The first said they would do one, leave me to sit half an hour, then if all was ok, they'd do the other.
The second place, said no problem, we can do them both same day. No mention of waiting incase of problems.
The first is a little more expensive then the second. But they seem to care more.
I'm willing to pay the extra, cause it still is cheaper then I expected it to be.
First place the best option??? Also any after care advice? I know the piercer should give me some, but different things work for different people!!

I was going to say £20 when I had mine done about 7 years ago.
I had one done and it was recomended I wait up to 6 months to have the other one done
I hate the fact mine moved though, enough to make me have to take them out. I now have scars on my nipples which do bother my a little although are probably not that obvious to others
It has crossed my mind to get my nipples pierced again but not enough to take the plunge :?

Had both mine done at the same time (and a few others not long after), with no problems other than one needing to be redone cos it was a bit wonky once it had settled, which was done for free.
As long as your piercer has a valid certificate from the local health authourity/council etc. then it should be fine.
If you're unsure or having a bit of a wobble, ask them if there's anyone willing to let you sit in while they get theirs done, if you're lucky ther'll be someone happy to do this so you can see what you're in for.
Quiz your piercer about hygeine and after care, what sort of bars/rings they use (should be surgical steel) and check they have insurance incase of problems, a reputable company will have this covered.
Finally, do your research so you already have a good idea of whats involved and try to find people who've used the studios before and ask what they think of them :thumbup:

People tell me this. I have 5 tattoos. Was talking to someone on msn tonight, and they said

But its a much bigger needle for a piercing.
Does the clit piercing hurt? I'm guessing yes, but is it a constant pain, or like a tattoo, hurts while its happening, but once it stops, you forget what the fuss was about?

I've only really seen one blokie one (not nipples) close up but it tasted funny... you know if you get a bit of the tin foil kitkat wrapper in your mouth and it has that funny metal taste... well it was like that! :shock: Are they all like that then?!

I've been quoted either £15 per nipple or £10 depending on where I go, but then got to pay for the bar/ring
I had one nipple done last week & cost me 25 for a ring. They said it would be 30 for a bar.
Bars look great on a man but I wanted a ring to match my other one elsewhere

:thumbup: although not clit, I've had my hood pierced & that wasn't half as painful as my nipple last week. They say it takes 6 weeks to heal but mine is fine now. Strongly recommend pain killers after (unless your into pain :shock: not like me :shock

I got a ring put in initially but it kept moving round and didn't heal properly so I went back to a different shop and he said that it was pierced deeper than it should be but should be okay and stuck a bar in it for me. Mine was OK within a week.
I had both mine done at the same time in September. I'd say it's definitely better to have both done one after the other instead of sitting around worrying about having the next one done. It cost me £25 for both and after the initial pain and a few weeks of soreness I've had no problems. The pain getting them done was well worth it as I can orgasm so much quicker when having them licked and sucked now .
I also had my clit hood done in 2004 and that was the easiest piercing I have had and healed real quickly nicely.

I had one done last summer it cost me £25,it didnt hurt at all. The only time i was aware that i had it done was when the seatbelt rubbed it or i bumped it 
Mines still abit temperamental and have been told they can sometimes take a year or more to fully settle,but the joy i get from it is :smitten:. Now on the other hand i had my second tatt done last year across the bottom of my back and that :censored: so much i had to take a breather halfway thro

I went to a piercing place the other day, on impulse I decided to get my nose pierced again. (All above board and council verified etc)
The pain from that was bad! Made my eyes leak and my nose sore for hours afterwards.
Beforehand I was contemplating my nipples being done.
No way now! Not if it hurts anywhere near as much as my nose!
To be fair, and make me seem like a bit less of a wuss, the woman pierced it a little too high up so the needle couldn't go through properly, therefore the stud being a bit too long and jabbing into the other side of my nose!

Ok i was lead to believe that a clit piercing is different to a clit 'hood' piercing? and that a hood piercing holds no risk of sensation loss though the actual clit piercing does.

Lost, you're right. It's my hood that's pierced, not my actual clit. I do know of several women who have had one or the other pierced and have had no problems though.

I went to a place in Croydon to get my amplang then I got my nipple done at Erotica Kensington Olympia (I don't know why there were no piercing stands at the last show)
