There are a number of places that are worth seeing at least once before you die. Personally the top 15 places i want to see before i die are (in no particular order)
1. Angkor Wat (cambodia)
2. Taj Mahal (India)
3. Pyramid of Kukulucan (mexico)
4. Petra (Jordan)
5. Wat Phra Kaeo (Thailand)
6. Karnak Temple (Egypt)
7. Jaisalmer Fort (India)
8. Machu Picchu (Peru)
9. Ephesus (Turkey)
10. Monet's Garden (France)
11. Yangshuo (China)
12. Dubrovnik (Croatia)
13. Samarkand (Uzbekistan)
14. Killary Harbour (Ireland)
15. Valley of the Kings (Egypt)
I recommend taht people google some of these places as they are truley spectacular. What does everyone else want to see?

I have to agree with the sentiments expressed by some others here... several places i would dearly love to see... though the prospect of all the other similar minded tourists turns me right off....

Going to Petra in Jordan later in the year..... the rose red city... looks amazing.
The Wadi Rum also looks like a brilliant place to go....
The sandstone pillars rising up out of the desert as if they were placed there.
One place I would love to visit is the Great Wall of China..... so much history and a fascinating culture.

I have always wanted to visit the Sydney Opera House,Prague and the coliseum.

Machu Picchu has always been a place i have fancied to got to, dont know why but fasinates the hell out of me, hmm got some study time now :idea:
The other place would be space, if you got £100,000 you can go up in virgins new plane in a few years time. i have been up to over 62,000 ft in fighter aircraft absoultly awesome, so thats the only thing that could top it for me. have to plunb in a lot of pipes for that kind of money though.
