I used to have a girlfriend who suffered from really bad PMT. During a routine groundowork session, I discovered a nice soothing foot rub would help no end..I dont have a foot map to hand but i seem to remember that after flexing the foot and working the ball and toes for a while...rubbing just behind the ankles would ease the pain no end! To be honest I wasnt sure at first but it worked every time.....got to be worth a try?
