Warming the Bed
Legalities aside, there's nothing wrong with your arrangement though the state only recognizes one as a spouse. The bottom line is if you're comfortable and happy, it's no body's business.
I am intimately connected to a MMF couple where the two fellows share one woman. One is the husband and the other has become defacto husband #2. The guys are bisexual and their relationship started as a bi guy joining them for MMF threesums but, from what they tell me, she fell in love with him and pretty soon had him living with them. From what I understand, even the guys have a very close relationship (sexually and otherwise). There's no bull and cuck type of relationship. Lucky for me they're openminded enough to allow other men to join them for fun from time to time. I can tell you they're VERY happy. She's around 30, the guys are 30 something and 40 something (husband). They have one child and aren't sure who the father is and are not interested in knowing. They have three rooms plus a baby room in their house. The fellows by default sleep in their own room and she occupies the "master" bedroom. On something like half the nights they all sleep together on the same bed, sometimes there's sex sometimes not. On other nights, they all sleep in their own rooms. The guys sometimes join each other for some MM fun on those nights. As I said, they're very happy and she genuinely feels that she's got two husbands and I know that the guys feel the same. i've seen her get up in the morning and passionately kiss each guy calling each 'darling'. I've seen her go out with both guys individually and introduce the fellow as her husband. I see no jealousy issues. She'll go out with one or the other sometimes even on vacations while bloke #2 baby sits. Personally I think they're fab.
