I am a mature single guy who has suffered with this problem for some is so frustrating for me and especially my female partner when I am lucky enough. Does anybody know any means of overcoming this complaint so that i can enjoy myself for a change instead of always feeling guilty. This is a genuine request for help

Anxiety doesnt help...........if you are worried enough to ask the question,its become physcological as well as are lots of tecqniques like the squeeze method you can practice while masturbating ,read a medical journal or try google.
As for the anxiety ,its like impotence it makes the problem talking to your gp. if this is really affecting the slolution is probably in finding a partner you can confide in and who is willing to put the problem into some sort of perspective and help you sort things out.
Above all remember its distressing,yes,but in the grand scheme of things there are far worse things that could happen than cumming too quickly

Thanks for the messages especially zorbotic. I should have explained that I have suffered this complaint for years and tried all the methods you suggested without success. I was hoping that someone would know of a possible new solution. I agree anxiety is part of the problem but it is natural when I get no pleasure and nor any partner.
Whilst this may not be a major problem compared to many others, I just want to be able to enjoy a normal sex life - is that too much to ask! Seems I am doomed.

On a more serious note.... change your routine, use toys, extend playful pleasure. If you are worried about your female friend not being fulfilled - f*ck her senseless with a toy! it works for me!

A "normal sex life" is to be a bit more positive,at least you are doing well enough to get yourself into a position where ejaculation is an issue.
Also remember that while you feel sorry for yourself you imagine all sorts of sexual gymnastics and night long shagging going on involving everyone but you............and that just aint true life is much more mundane.
Dont dismiss help from your GP if this is a real problem...........short term medication can work wonders believe me i know

Try not to drink too much too early , dont be too loud , dont chat up anyone elses girlfriend , and dont start any fights. You should be in there til closing time then no bother . They only ejaculate you when youre trouble !
