Calling all you technos out there!!!!
Whats the easiest way of transferring digitally camcorded cassste onto a pc without needing 80 billion megs of free space and pc that would put NASA to shame....
Maybe someone knows of some software that will do the job with a minimum of fuss?
Who knows...with the right answer I might be tempted to post a few pics...

You will need a processor minimum speed of 2800. a dedicated graphics card and as much memory as you can slot in, if you already have a firewire slot you can use software to capture your digital video.
If you are useing analogue tape you will need a capture card.
a decent system is Pinnacle studio 8 which will capture both analogue and digital and comes with a good editing software. you will need a spare pci slot though.
