I had extras for a while... never really realised what it was all about... it was a chuckle to see who had looked... sometimes I'd look back, just to be sure... well you have to dont you? (though why do I still feel as if Im being rude????)
though it was intersting to see an old contact of mine checking me every day for an age... I realised she was keeping track of my postings (well, I assumed)... but thought nothing of it.
then on one of my early ventures into a chatroom... said person came in, and must have only then realised that I had extras because of the little symbol being different next to my name... I (again) assumed that she knew!!! anyway.. she rapidly disappeared from the chatroom and never checked my profile again.
not under that name anyway.

One of my exs checks our profile every couple of days, I don't know why, cos there's dust on the back shelves we update it so little!
I do find it a bit strange, we always know who it's gonna be when one of us says 'guess who's checked us out...'
I like being able to see, but sometimes it can be a bit weird seeing the same names there repetitively!

Yesterday got a pm saying "hi i seen you looked at my profile, what did you think, please let me know"
Looked again, no pictures, no advert, no profile text .. so we didn't respond!

Yes, like others have said, looking at profiles, it's for varied reasons.
For me while on the forum it can be to jog memory as to who is who or to find out more about a new name and what area they are in and, if they play, what it is they seek - or, yes, it can be for pure perving!
But it is perving with a view to contacting them if it seems to me that we might have something to offer each other!
