It's often painful and potentially dangerous. The dragging of blood to the skin can damage surface capillaries just like getting into an over-hot bath or sitting too close to the fire.

Im not sure on this type of Cupping tho!
All I can think of when I look at it are the Health and Safety implications.... i bet people get hurt doing that type of thing...I reckon its only safe to be used by people who are good at DIY and things like that!!! :P
