"The Couple Club" in London - anyone been?

I'd like to visit a club in/near North London with my partner for the first time - I'm trying to decide which one would be most suitable. I've read the reviews on here, but would like some info on "The Couples Club" .....has anyone been? If so, what was it like...eg how many couples, how was the venue, how much happens there etc?
If not, has anyone got a suggestion for a good first timer club near North London?
Don't want my partner to be freaked byt lots of single blokes following us round having a ham shank, therefore one that just allows couples is a must. Would like a place where there is some onsite action (however discreetly) as we're hoping to get off on a sexually charged atmosphere.

Sounds to me like you would be better off going to a couples only night rather than a mixed one if single guys is likely to be an issue ... particularly if this is your first foray.
The Couples Club - I've been to some of the mixed nights for that and even as a single bloke, I didn't rate it ... believe it or not, even single blokes don't like it when there are too many single blokes! If that's the one you go to - definitely, choose a couples only day though I obviously can't vouch for what those are like ... They also run fetish nights there which I think are a bit better in terms of ratios but hit and miss.
If you don't mind going slightly out of London, try Club Arousal in Dunstable ... they do couples only nights, and also mixed nights and on Fridays 'Ladies Choice/Greedy Girl' nights ... have not been to the Friday ones in some time as I didn't like the ratios much though someone was saying, Friday's were getting better. Planning to get there this Saturday, week Friday is their new Fetish Swingers night so may give that a go.

The couples only (well, couples + single girls as per usual, but whenever I've gone there have been very few single girls) nights on Saturdays are pretty good but the Friday ones are, as j3dimast3r said, likely to have a lot more guys there. Sundays are their fetish night, but it's not as good as most other such nights - if you want fetish you're better off with Rub, TG, Gwedoline's etc.

we would 2nd that, find yourself a nice club been to a few now and would
only give oasis 1out of 10 well worth a trip to skinnys think there is a link in the clubs bit on the site

heard that the couples club (oasis) has now closed down completely till further notice???

Couples club is closed due to family illness no doubt they will let everyone know when it is open again.
