i know this thread has turned into light hearted banter and before you all jump on me for being a bore on a more serious note take a look
put it in as a url as apposed to posting the (graphic) pics i smoke 20/30 a day and we all know the info and pics are all over the net but we choose to ignore them so anyone that is packing up and quivering a bit just come back here and have a look at these pics it certainly opened my eyes.

It may be light-hearted banter but it does have a serious note behind it and I hope others see it that way, and no I am not jumping on you
I thought of putting pics like that in this thread but in situations like this I find that people take more notice of the banter rather than the shock of pics. Most people will glance at the pics, go Yuk, and carry on. Shock tactics have very little effect. They will smile every time they remember the "funny" line.

Well I've not been on for a good while - so I missed the start of the thread
However Yesterday was FOUR weeks without ciggys for me.......
I'm very pleased with myself in one way....... BUT
Isn't there always a But!!!! ....... I seem to have developed a rather unsightly swelling to my stomache area..... and the biscuit tin appears empty..
So what's worse? .... Looking fairly fit - but stinking of cigs? --- OR ... being a portly non smoker???
I really don't like the belly!..... I may have to consider exercise!!! Damn!
