Right then feel free to delete this if you want it done differently, only I know what a load of procrastinators you smokers are (from personal experience) so I thought I would get this show on the road. :thumbup:
Obviously no-one likes to just be told or even to tell themselves to stop doing something they either like or have come to rely on so an incentive is needed. So here it is........
For each person who manages to go 48 hours without a smoke I will get Stormwalker to take a piccy of me doing or wearing whatever the star of the moment wants me to and post it in here. Now this is going to be difficult for me as I am terrible at the techie side of getting piccies on here, but I am prepared to do it for the cause. :angel: rolleyes

So on your marks, get ready, GO!!!!!!!!!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: whip

PS I will rely on your total honesty for this smackbottom

What a great idea !
Now then seeing as how Kathy stopped some 17 days ago and has only had 2 lapses since youd better prepare for a PM or two !
But as im not wanting to be greedy perhaps we should ebay Fires pic promises with the proceedings going to a suitable charity ?

I must admit though I am very proud of her attempts so far bless her. Having said that she must post in here as a smoker giving up and she will then qualify for her choice of pic every 48 hours.

Perhaps we should change the rules to..... if you smoke you get a naked picture of MEâ€¦now that will stop you putting anything in your mouth for weeks :twisted:

I tried to be supportive in blondes thread about giving up smoking. Told her i stopped four years ago (no lie) Didn't tell her I started again a year last Xmas! lol

Like you do, 'Oh I'll only have one with my beer, then two , then three.
Quite stressed at work at the min so I've no intension of stopping yet
