I tried to do a press-up once.
Mind you, Blue, I am older and iller* (physically, anyways) than you.
Take up a nice new hobby, the both of you, before you really join the ranks of the infirm.
Sudoku, anyone?
*is iller a word?
Keep at it, your muscles will eventually remember how to work properly. I had the same thing happen to me when I started playing footie regularly last year. For a few days after the first game I was walking like my uncle who has no natural hips left in his body, but now I can actually walk to the bus stop to go home without collapsing a la one day old giraffe.
is not being really unfit a sure sign of a
GOTH ???
I'm serious about exercise. I have a wind-up watch.
I actually think it's to do with the heat too....
I've been training 4-5 times a week for the last 4 years or so, well for my particular chosen sport.....but this summer's training has been by far the hardest.
Step on to the pitch and after a couple of laps and sprints, I'm wringing wet and having to rest for a LOT of water and a sit down, and it seems it's not just me, my team mates have found the same thing :P
so actually point of all this blethering,,,,,is don't think about it too much, just get out and about, enjoy, walk, run, keep watered, and eat well and have a great summer
the rest and fitness will come back in no time :P
also for Blue,
From what I see of your parties,,,,,,have a couple more and you'll be running marathons !!,,,
im about to start powerkiting.... does that pass as a form of exercise???
Seems like a lot of fun. Where would you do it? Do they have any extreme sport versions that you do off cliffs? If they do. Don't!
