Hearing yesterday that my Mum has finally been discharged from hospital.
Twelve years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer in a very advanced state and was given 18 months max. She had a mastectomy, chemo, radio therapy etc, (developed a blood clot whilst in hospital and we almost lost her through that) and was extremely ill. But she pulled through it all and boy was she happy yesterday!!
Huge huge smiles here
