Heared a Johnny Cash song on vh1 the other day , dont know what it was called but it was brilliant , very sad . I think he was singing about his life and it must have been done not long before he died . Anyone know which one it is??

This song kills me ... my best friend lost her son aged three and this played after the funeral
I can't hear it without bawling, I so nearly lost an adorable little boy and my best friend in the weeks that followed. Whenever Iife gets too much to bear this song can bring me back.C x

$1000 wedding by gram parsons is a very sad song as is love hurts by errrr gram parsons both on the grievous angel album.
ok ok i'm a fan of gram, but can you blame me? the man was a genius as is neil young who has done more than his fair share of sad songs ( too many to mention, and i can't think right now) but he has some real beautys!
