Scars are maybe just a sign that you have lived your life... rather than been a passenger through it.....

Darkfire - just for you! kiss
I know it's not exactly what you wanted...
But it kept me out of trouble for 10 minutes!

biggrin
depends upon the woman but I agree with darkfire, nowt wrong with stretchmarks. It all comes down to whether or not you like the person in the first place, if you do what can be seen as imperfections turn into cute little turn onss and quirks.
Does anyone who has big scars mind people asking about them in real life situations?
Or does that make you a bit queesy and self conscious about the scar?
kiss

I like a man with scars etc anyway... just like i've got a thing for squaddies... its all the danger thing i think.
and oh my, after looking at your profile i HAVE to agree!! "How YOU doing? ;-)"
Theres just one thing though... whos gonna pass me a fookin crow bar coz i'm stuck to this bloody chair!!!!!!!!!!! redface
I have scars on my toes. One on my finger right hand and a small one caused by some tosser with a knife on my left hand. Scarson my shoulder where i was thrown thrw a window and a vasectomy one! I also have the tip of one finger missing. Dont mind talking about them. Just a bit of fun,
oh yeah.. and I have stretch marks too confused
Well, I know all scars have a story to go with 'em. As a biker you seem to swap tales of how you earned your stripes often. I've got an 8 inch one on my leg from the bike but most of 'em are from DIY and general life.
I do seem to have a knack of breaking bones without big scars tho. I'll leave the tales of derring do for another time. ( they're much better in person ) maybe the next munch eh ?

I don't have any scars (externally!) but I find them intriguing (even if I can't spell it), they give you character, and its fun looking for them

I have the usual falling off motorbikes, general bumps and scrape type; I've two tiny "puncture" scars, one from a nail file, one from small scissors; that don't bother me at all.
I also have two or three larger ones that used to cause me a little discomfort when questioned about. They are more than twenty years old, but the stitch holes still have their own scars. When I was younger, I even considered having a train tattooed above one, and a tunnel to cover the break rolleyes
Something struck me when I read this thread, and Little Gem's post.
In all the time I've been topless, or naked in clubs, parties and swinging situations; I've only once (I think) been asked outright about the bigger ones. And to be honest, with hindsight; my response was totally inappropriate. I have only an idea of who asked me, and I'll apologise next time I see him.
But on a lighter note -

These haven't been aired for a while.
That was then . . .
if scars and stiches add something...what physical marks puy you off?
i dont think anyphysical marks put me off - its the mentality that swings it everytime - I'm pretty damn good at spotting it now and the minute i think all is not quite as it seems/ he/she is a twat or any other attributes I dont like, I'm gone. lol
I think the only thing that really doesnt appeal to me is skinny-to-the-point-of being=able-to-see-ribs/ chicken legs  I just dont like it, dunno why dunno - that, and small beady eyes on blokes who look a bit..... shifty  *shudders*
Well i have not got chicken legs, beady eyes or bollocks that work! It is really interesting to learn what makes people tick. Never thought i would get such a response.

i have one large scar in a personal place, about 6 inches long!! I've had several bikes accidents but never needed stitches for anything nor broken a bone. I have dislocated both my shoulder, my hip and damaged my ankles in one accident and if you stick my leg at an awkward angle it will 'pop' out. :undecided:

I think the most discomfort was because I chose to (and generally still do) lie about how I came to have them. Anyone that really knows me will see why that causes me discomfort.
