scars and stitches

I have a scar over a foot long on my right ankle that goes up my leg, It looked really bad for about 18 months but now it is starting to fade a little.
I hurt it playing golf (its a long story) and had a ligament reconstruction and was in plaster for frickin ages.
I really hated the scar but dont feel so bad about it now biggrin

Got a scar on my left ear when an ied went off in bosnia.
ied=improvised explosive device.
was worried for a little while in case it ruined my good looks, but then I noticed I never had any good looks in the first place! biggrin

Gosh I never knew golf could be so dangerous!!!
I've got lots of little scars and a few more noticable ones - I tend to save their stories for 'after sex chat' though!

now then..... hurt it playing golf....... or bullet wound
fell off bike as a child ...... or got glassed in a fight
cut self shaving.... or survived a 70mph crash on the Harley
see what i mean lol

not got many scars. 1 or 2 very small op scars, some debris from our school hockey pitch still embedded in my knee and a couple of stitch scars from an accident as a baby. I've led a very sheltered life rolleyes
