I've just been for my first physio, and Nursey said I had to have moresex. All the joints that are sore can now be exercised and stretched and the best thing for my "pelvic region" (her words, not mine) is plenty of rumpitypumpity.
Biggest problem is lack of grip and strength in my hands/arms - I can almost always now "get up to speed" but I can't quite grip the arms of the chair enough to be able to get to the "rattle and slam" stage.
