Why would you have them appearing at work? I assume on your work computer? Unless you're looking at things you're not meant to be smackbottom :smackbottom:
I would download adaware as it'll get rid of the pop-ups that come when they shouldn't, and try and avoid sites that have adult ones

If your running Windows XP then down load service pack two, this has an auto pop up blocker... which works !
I'm not really a comp geek.................... HONEST ! Really !
