If you have Paint Shop Pro, you can use the resize function to get it small enough.
If not i'll do it for ya if ya want - and delete the pic after usage of course!

Just search for avatar sizer or go to help and you'll find it there. It's dead easy to use and it's courtesy of a respected member of this site.
